This event, named Ungammuatuq (which means "moving forward" in Inuktitut), is open to all Nunavimmiut and aims to break the stigma around substances use and addictions and learn more about the roots of addiction.
This conference will offer different workshops including: supporting loved ones who use substances, myths and facts on addiction and youth and substance use. This event will also be filled with cultural and on-the-land activities.
Airfare and lodging are provided for participants of the event. Seats are limited, so don't miss the deadline! A random selection may have to occur if there are too many applications.
